This is such a simple recipe but you can customize it to however you like best, which makes it so fun to make!!
    • Change the types of chocolate you use: I used semi sweet chocolate in this recipe, but you can absolutely use dark chocolate!
    • Use different types of nuts and dried fruit on the bark
    • Add sprinkles, crushed candy cane or other candy to the bark to make it more festive!
    • Add a few drops of your favorite flavoring- peppermint, vanilla, almond…
    • Dark or Semi-Sweet Chocolate- this will be your base layer of the bark
    • White Chocolate- swirl white chocolate into the base to add a rich, buttery flavor
    • Pistachios- top it off with pistachios to add a bit of saltiness
    • Dried Cranberries- makes this bark more festive as well as adding a bit of chewiness
    • Coconut Oil- this makes the bark a little softer when biting into

Next, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth, stirring occasionally.

On a parchment-lined pan, pour the melted milk chocolate and spread it into an even, thin layer. Drizzle the white chocolate on top, then use a toothpick to gently swirl the two together, creating a marbled effect across the pan.

Evenly sprinkle the pistachios and cranberries on top of the chocolate. Place in the freezer until firm.

Once firm, break the chocolate into pieces of your desired size and serve!

Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks or in the freezer if you want it to last longer!
